3月25日:軽く30分キントレ。
30min light weights at the gym.
3月26日:15k、3000x3、11分27秒 、11分29秒、11分41秒、死にそうでした!
15k including 3x3000, 11:27, 11:29, 11:41, I felt dead in the end!
3月27日:9k、体重は49.8kg、久しぶり50以下!
9k jogging, weight 49.8kg, under 50 for the first time in a while!
